Refund Policy

Every TSGV piece is handcrafted to order in Moradabad, India. Because each item is made specifically for you, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Cancellation Before Production

You can cancel your pre-order for a full refund of the product price until production of your batch starts. We confirm by email when your batch goes into production.

After Production Starts – No Refunds

Once production has started, custom and made-to-order items (including items in a colour, finish, size or design of your choice) are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. This also applies if you choose not to pay the shipping quote for a finished piece.

Shipping Delays

If we cannot ship within the timeline shown on our Shipping Policy, we will notify you with a revised date. You can then cancel for a full refund of the product price.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, please email tsgv2004@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. After reviewing your claim, we will arrange a repair, replacement part or replacement item at our discretion. Claims received after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

Colour & Finish Variation

As each piece is handmade and hand-finished, slight variations in colour, texture and finish from photos are a natural part of the craft and are not considered defects.
