Where We Ship

We currently accept orders for delivery to the United States only. Every piece is handcrafted to order in our workshop in Moradabad, India.

How Pre-Orders Work

Pay 100% of the product price at checkout. This reserves your piece in our next production batch.
Shipping, US import duties and handling are not included in the product price and show as $0 at checkout. They are invoiced separately before dispatch.
When your piece is ready, we email you a shipping quote for your chosen method (sea or air) with a secure payment link. Your order is dispatched once this is paid.

All shipping estimates are approximate and subject to change. The final cost depends on the delivery method you choose, the total volume of the shipment, freight rates and US duties at the time of dispatch, and is confirmed in your shipping quote. Sea freight is far cheaper, and the cost per piece drops further when more orders ship together.

Tracking

You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

Delays

If we expect your order to ship later than the timeline above, we will email you a revised date. You can then choose to wait or cancel for a full refund of the product price.
