Where We Ship
We currently accept orders for delivery to the United States only. Every piece is handcrafted to order in our workshop in Moradabad, India.
Payment Terms
Every piece is made to order. Payment depends on your order size:

- Orders of up to 20 pieces are paid in full at checkout. This reserves your pieces in our next production batch.
- For orders of 21 pieces or more, we invoice the deposit when you order and send a secure link for the balance once your order is ready.
- Shipping, US import duties and handling are not included in the product price and show as $0 at checkout. They are invoiced separately before dispatch.
- When your order is ready, we email you a shipping quote for your chosen method (sea or air) together with any balance due. Your order is dispatched once this is paid.

All shipping estimates are approximate and subject to change. The final cost depends on the delivery method you choose, the total volume of the shipment, freight rates and US duties at the time of dispatch, and is confirmed in your shipping quote.
Tracking
You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
Delays
If we expect your order to ship later than the timeline above, we will email you a revised date. You can then choose to wait or cancel for a full refund of the amount you have paid for the products.
Damaged Items
If your piece arrives damaged, please follow our Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
