This website, tsgv.store, is operated by TSGV, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh 244001, India ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Products

All TSGV urns and pedestals are handcrafted to order in cast aluminium. Because each piece is handmade and hand-finished, slight variations in colour, texture, finish and dimensions from product photos are natural and are not defects. We make every effort to display colours accurately, but cannot guarantee your screen shows them exactly.

Orders & Pricing

Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and exclude shipping, import duties, taxes and handling unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is listed at an incorrect price or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the amount paid in full. Prices and product availability may change without notice.

Payment & Deposits

Orders of up to 20 pieces must be paid in full (100%) at the time of order. For larger orders, a deposit is due when you order and the balance is due before dispatch: 21–50 pieces, 75% deposit; 51–100 pieces, 60% deposit; 101 pieces or more, 30% deposit. Orders are dispatched only after full payment, including shipping and any duties invoiced to you, has been received.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Orders for custom colours, finishes or sizes are produced specifically for you. Cancellation and refund terms for these items are set out in our Refund Policy.

Trade & Wholesale Orders

Trade discounts shown on our site apply to qualifying volume orders. Final trade pricing, colour proofs, packing and shipping terms are confirmed in writing by our team before production.

Shipping, Customs & Risk

Delivery timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility unless included in your shipping quote.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including product designs, photographs, text and the TSGV name and logo, belongs to TSGV and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TSGV is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
